FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS
How does the CNS system work?
CNS reimburses 70% of the total cost of the sessions at the end of the treatment, upon delivery of an invoice detailing the sessions performed. The patient will pay the remaining 30%.

For this, it is necessary to bring a valid prescription provided by a physician on the first day of treatment.

The prescriptions are valid for 30 days from receipt until the start of treatment. Once started, the time limit to complete the total number of prescribed sessions is 3 months.

Modification or cancellation of a session must be made within 24 hours. Otherwise, the session will be considered as completed and will be billed with the ZCP1 code, as described by the CNS.
A delay of 15 minutes or more to your appointment will be considered as a no-show. The above point shall apply.
